- Understand and align Dynatrace solutions with Partners' business needs to create compelling 'go-to-market' strategies
- Qualify and onboard new Partners, showcasing the value of Dynatrace solutions to both business leaders and technical staff
- Empower Partners to independently market joint solutions effectively
- Collaborate on sales strategies for all Dynatrace solutions within your assigned region
- Share regional partner activities with other Dynatrace Partner Managers for mutual benefit
- Track and report on key actions, forecasts, and marketing successes
- Manage time and expenses in line with company guidelines
- HS diploma or GED AND 2+ years of experience in enterprise software sales
- Strong background in software sales, systems integration, and channel management
- Demonstrated success in partner recruitment and revenue generation
- Experience in software/services solution development
- Bonus: Managed Services, Digital Agency, or ISV ecosystem experience
