    Description

    Summary:
    Drive programs/projects from project initiation through delivery. Interface with clients on technical and business issues.

    Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented.

    Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information. Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Provide program/project schedules and status reports.


    Responsibilities:
    Ability to lead large business or engineering programs from inception to implementation in partnership with a product manager, an engineering lead/team, and across a variety of internal and external stakeholders
    Ability to evaluate requirements, perform gap assessments and develop achievable execution and/or remediation plans
    Action and results oriented self-starter with the ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete information
    Ability to interface across groups on both business and technical matters
    Strong project management skill set with the ability to work independently to drive projects through delivery
    Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate requirements to management, control owners, and app/service/environment owners and teams
    Proven track record of achieving success through teamwork, collaboration, leading and influencing without authority, resolving conflict, and measuring results
    Proven track record working in an Agile environment
    Strong Azure DevOps and Azure fundamentals experience

    Candidate Requirements:

    10+ overall years of experience in related field.
    Degrees or certifications is not a hard requirement, experience is most important


    Compensation:


    The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
