Wimmer Solutions is currently seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 3 to join our client's team, reporting directly to the Director of Communications & Business Operations. This is a fully remote position.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

Team budget: Responsible for managing team finances, including tracking expenses, handling budget planning, and collaborating with finance partners to ensure accuracy.
Team management: Manage all team accounts and distributions to maintain accuracy and security.
Support GM & team brand: Assist the GM in developing communications and presentation materials.
Rhythm of Business: Facilitate team meetings and manage logistical needs.
Events & morale: Engage in team-building activities and support morale initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING

Minimum 2+ years of Rhythm of Business (ROB) experience.
Minimum 2+ years of budget management and team support experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice To Have:

Experience in managing projects with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency with internal tools and products.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Hourly contract rate range of $54.00 to $60.00 based on experience and qualifications.
Eligibility for benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401k, and more upon meeting requirements.
