    Description

    Director of Clinical Trial Supply - Clinical Packaging & Labelling - High growth business with strong financial backing

    Are you a talented leader, looking for that role to develop site capabilities, personnel and make a difference in the development of a high growth Clinical Trial Supply business?

    You will join a CTS business who specialise in the Healthcare Logistics, expanding their services and building out their packaging and labelling department. Seeking a passionate person who can really lead from the front, add structure, strategy and drive capabilities.

    Reporting directly to the Group VP, you'll have the opportunity to step out from a complex matrix structure and eliminate long approval times. Here, you can truly harness your creativity and operational approach to site development.

    To give a little context to the role:

    • You will be a strong leader who can look at all aspects of Operations
    • Strong management and development skills, as you will be coordinating with wider teams
    • Client facing experience
    • Solid knowledge of clinical packaging and labelling
    • Skilled in implementing processes and adding structure, goals and procedures
    • Keeping an eye on budgets, P&L responsibility if skills here are there already

    Although this is a leadership role, due to the size of the business and the stage they are operating in the US, you will remain hands on and 'lead by example'. Not being afraid to wear different hats and flexible with the challenges that happen in a smaller business.
