What You'll Do:


The Associate/Analyst, Supply Chain Planning will play a vital role in supporting the efficient flow of products from our manufacturing facilities to our retailer partners.

You will work closely with the Retailer Supply Chain & Operations team and the cross-functional partners (internally and externally) to ensure timely and accurate execution of inventory planning, order management, and fulfillment activities for the designated retailer account.


  • Support the Supply Chain & Operations team in the ongoing monitoring of inventory levels and replenishment needs to ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.
  • Coordinate with appropriate internal teams to provide inputs to the order management processes including order entry, allocation, and fulfillment to ensure ontime delivery and accuracy of shipments.
  • Communicate regularly with the retailer account to provide updates on order status, inventory availability, and any potential supply chain disruptions.
  • Analyze key performance metrics such as fill rate, ontime delivery, and inventory turns to identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Assist in the resolution of supply chain issues and escalations, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support the development and implementation of supply chain initiatives and process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance against service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications Qualifications**:


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or Quantitative field.
  • 12 years experience in a relevant role in Supply Chain or Demand / Inventory Management.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Experience with Data Analytics, PowerBI/Looker is a plus.
  • Prior internship or coursework in supply chain management or related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDA is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs.


The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,500 to $90,500 Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.

Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
