Title:
Global Supply Chain Manager (Retail Ops)**
Location: Newark, CA (Onsite) Need Locals only

Need Independent consultants

Required or Preferred Skills:

Create Purchase requisitions and track them to completion. -. - Invoice reconciliation. Work with Vendors and AP for outstanding invoices. Improve processes.

- Complete NDAs and conduct RFIs - Create RFQs, review, analyze and clarify quotations from vendors and develop sound sourcing and business recommendations balancing cost, quality, lead-time, and technical considerations.

- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and manage cost changes throughout the lifecycle of the product. Maintain overall contractor relationships and act as single point of contact for all commercial issues. - Create and manage the facilities contracts. - Responsible for the selection of vendors and onboarding. - Work with internal business partners; Finance, Legal, Accounts Payables, Warehouse managers and other cross functional teams on projects. - Own key supplier relationships and performance, both strategic and tactical, through the entire life cycle of company projects. - Process service repair and maintenance requests/WOs in the facilities' management services platform.

  • Bachelor's degree Supply Chain, Finance or related technical field, Relevant work experience in procurement, or supply chain discipline may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
  • Must have Indirect Procurement experience, Retail Procurement experience is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills and strategic business experience.
  • Excellent critical thinking, combined with quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Experience conducting bid processes (RFI, RFP, and informal bids), negotiating with vendors, writing contracts, and implementing contracts/ agreements.
  • Must be able to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and keep a high level of focus.
  • Ability to adapt to constantly evolving circumstances and changing organizational requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Smartsheets, ERP Systems (SAP), Coupa, and Service Channel.
