Department: Mortgage Banking Division

Reports to: Mortgage Operations Manager
Full/Part Time Status: Full-Time
Work Location: Los Angeles, CA
Travel Requirement: 0-10%
**Education & Experience**
Minimum Education Level: Associates Degree
Minimum Years of Experience: 3-5 years

**Language Requirement**

**Computer/Systems Knowledge Requirements**
Microsoft Outlook: Advanced

**Responsibilities & Duties**
Ensure KYC form is completed before loan funding
Ensure the KYC form is complete and accurate based on the documentation provided
Upload completed loan packages to Globalwave
File and follow up on trailing docs on loan funded or purchased
Send out trailing docs as required to investors for loans not serviced
Prepare Welcome and Goodbye letters for loans sold and purchased
Send out required FCRA disclosures on loans that have credit reports pulled but not disclosed
Complete the TOS/TOB transfers through MERS
Monitor the correspondent loan pipeline to ensure files are within posted turn times
Correspondent loan upload to Edgemac
Correspondent loan clearing and approval
**Job Qualifications/Requirements**
Preferred: Two years college education in business related field or equivalent knowledge.
Preferred: Three to five years experience in residential lending field preferred.
Preferred: Proficiency in State and Federal regulatory requirements in a multi-state residential lending environment.
Preferred: Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred: Strong organizational skills with a willingness to adapt to change as needed in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: Ability to effectively work with department team members and other stakeholders.
