- Promote and clearly convey the unique value of the platform to direct brands, creative agencies, and media planning/buying agencies.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue from agencies and assigned accounts through sales calls and presentations.
- Formulate account strategies to establish long-term media and platform partnerships, respond to requests for proposals, and meet client business needs and objectives.
- Cultivate deep relationships at all levels within assigned accounts, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of their organization, needs, and revenue potential.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Utilize CRM tools consistently to record sales activities, manage deal pipelines, and accurately forecast revenue.
- Provide proactive client insights, industry-specific information, and become a trusted subject matter expert in the field of creative and copy testing research.
- Preferred: BA/BS or College Degree.
- 2-3+ years of experience in consumer research or sales related to advertising or data.
- Proven success in meeting sales quotas and thriving in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of marketing and research industry trends, technology platforms, and pricing models.
- Strategic thinker with a solid grasp of traditional and modern sales tactics and strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HubSpot, and or similar).
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and provide regular progress updates to management.
- Flexible to work across different time zones to support clients and internal meetings.
- Startup experience is highly advantageous.
- Experience in selling market research tools, advertising, and/or data.
- Established relationships with key decision-makers within Fortune 500 brands and top marketing agencies in New York, LA, and/or Chicago.
- Active participation in industry trade and networking events.
- Experience with consumer brands/agencies is a plus.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented.
