    Description

    Magnify is searching for a Marketing Guru - someone who will be able to take our Client's B2B Membership Program to the next level The Marketing Director will be tasked with building and implementing a marketing strategy focused on UX and brand creation and awareness.

    This individual will be responsible for creating and developing a comprehensive online experience for small to mid-sized companies, focusing on UX and the customer journey while maintaining a cohesive brand image. You will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally with other teams and individuals to accomplish this goal

    Basics:

    • This is a project based role. The anticipated timeline is 6+ months with the potential to become a permanent role
    • Anticipated 40/hrs a week
    • The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a hybrid setting, coming into the office 3 days / week (central Phoenix)

    Responsibilities

    • Work cross functionally with department heads to solidify a strategic marketing plan with focus on the comprehensive Brand and Customer Journey of Small to Mid-Size business customers
    • Determine target audiences and the most effective way to reach them
    • Follow and understand industry trends and competition to stay ahead of the game
    • Work closely with the Sales Team to help acquire and retain customers through marketing tactics
    • Analyze and track performance marketing performance metrics
    • Utilize a variety of digital marketing channels and tools
    • Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners
    • Other responsibilities as deemed necessary

    Qualifications

    • 10+ Years Marketing experience
    • Demonstrated experience in a B2B market, preferably with a membership based product or service
    • Demonstrated success in building out a project or brand from start to finish (examples will be requested)
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • General understanding of web development, HTML, CSS etc.
    • Proven experience building lead generating programs and strategies
    • Previous experience launching new products or services, driving revenue growth
    • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
