Currently, I oversee all owned retail visual and design operations at Tuft & Needle, a Phoenix-based mattress brand in the SSB family, committed to revolutionizing the sleep shopping experience. Designed and directed a 34,000 sq ft build for a unique retail experience for multiple
brands, targeting B2B customers at Las Vegas Market.
Successfully established a visual merchandising standard operating procedure from the
ground up for the Tuft & Needle retail organization to optimize customer engagement
and boost merchandising.
Collaborated with architectural operations team to ensure seamless build-outs and
merchandising of the entire retail spaces.
Helped to lead the opening and closing over multiple store locations, ensuring timely
completion and adherence to brand standards.
Developed, mananged, and executed more than 15 seasonal campaigns in retail stores,
employing effective merchandising and display techniques to enhance brand visibility and
drive customer interest.
Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and bidding out new vendors within the printing and
signage industry.
Successfully oversaw budgets, optimizing resources and cost-efficiency while maintaining
high-quality deliverables.
