I’m the Manager of Retail Brand Experience and Design at Serta Simmons Bedding, and I have a big passion for sleep! Currently, I oversee all owned retail visual and design operations at Tuft & Needle, a Phoenix-based mattress brand in the SSB family, committed to revolutionizing the sleep shopping experience. I discovered Tuft & Needle in 2016, resonating immediately with the company's ethos of care and innovation—a perfect match for my career aspirations. I bring extensive retail and project management expertise to my role, showcasing my talent for creating compelling visual displays that enhance the brand's identity and resonate with customers. Additionally, I've successfully overseen multiple large projects for Serta Simmons Bedding, including notable contributions at events like the Las Vegas Market. My tenure has unexpectedly ignited a genuine passion for enhancing sleep experiences and widened my love for interior design.

Designed and directed a 34,000 sq ft build for a unique retail experience for multiple
brands, targeting B2B customers at Las Vegas Market.
Successfully established a visual merchandising standard operating procedure from the
ground up for the Tuft & Needle retail organization to optimize customer engagement
and boost merchandising.
Collaborated with architectural operations team to ensure seamless build-outs and
merchandising of the entire retail spaces.
Helped to lead the opening and closing over multiple store locations, ensuring timely
completion and adherence to brand standards.
Developed, mananged, and executed more than 15 seasonal campaigns in retail stores,
employing effective merchandising and display techniques to enhance brand visibility and
drive customer interest.
Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and bidding out new vendors within the printing and
signage industry.
Successfully oversaw budgets, optimizing resources and cost-efficiency while maintaining
high-quality deliverables.
