    Corporate Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

    • Financial Reporting: Lead the creation and production of precise financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards. Your attention to detail will be critical in maintaining the accuracy and consistency of our financial records.
    • Audit Collaboration: Work closely with external auditors to facilitate a smooth and timely annual audit process. Your expertise will be instrumental in preparing necessary schedules and supporting documents.
    • Treasury Management: Oversee various treasury functions including managing cash position, liquidity, and forecasting cash needs. Your recommendations to executives will be crucial in ensuring effective funding decisions.
    • Corporate Accounting Oversight: Take charge of various corporate accounting functions, such as overhead allocations, financial reporting, and tracking of initiatives. Your leadership will ensure the efficiency and accuracy of these processes.
    • Performance Analysis: Conduct monthly reviews of actual results versus budget and prior periods, identifying trends and cost concerns. Your insights will guide strategic decision-making for overhead and land departments.
    • Project Management: Undertake various projects as needed, showcasing your versatility and ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment.

    Corporate Accounting Manager Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • CPA certification or in progress preferred.
    • 3+ years of experience in financial reporting, treasury management, or corporate accounting.
    • Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial analysis.
    • Proficiency in MRI
