Role Overview:


Roles & Responsibilities:

1) : The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and anticipating future requirements.

They will work with customers throughout the sales process, from lead generation to deal-closing, by identifying and resolving issues, increasing partner understanding, and explaining Skylight's lending products.

The account manager will also provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction with services provided.

2) : As a member of the sales team, the Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating new business by developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, whether through a lead generation process provided by Skylight or by generating your own leads.

3) : The Account Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports on client activity, allowing the sales team to optimize their outreach and financial offerings.

4) : The Account Manager will work closely with other departments throughout the organization, including operations and finance to ensure seamless execution of projects.

This will require ongoing collaboration to develop and maintain product offerings, manage risk, and ensure compliance with required regulatory and legal mandates.

Salary and Benefits:
