Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, longterm relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client needs and objectives and recommend appropriate products and services to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling additional products and services to existing clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients and ensure that contracts are fulfilled to the client's satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns, and ensure that issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to address any issues or concerns.
  • Managed opportunity and lead data in the CRM (Dynamics)

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of Sales Experience (Information Technology preferred)
  • Proven track record in sales or account management, preferably in the hightech industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment, and to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
