Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, longterm relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives and recommend appropriate products and services to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling additional products and services to existing clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients and ensure that contracts are fulfilled to the client's satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns, and ensure that issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to address any issues or concerns.
- Managed opportunity and lead data in the CRM (Dynamics)
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Sales Experience (Information Technology preferred)
- Proven track record in sales or account management, preferably in the hightech industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment, and to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
