As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial activities of the company. You will be the primary point of contact for all accounting matters, and preparing financial reports. Additionally, you will lead a team of accounting and work closely with them.


Qualifications:


  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to drive results, manage resources effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and direct daily accounting operations, including the preparation of financial statements, tax reports, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting and tax regulations.
  • Develop and maintain efficient accounting policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports
  • Manage the monthly and annual accounting closing cycle effectively.
  • Collaborate with the external audit team to ensure a smooth and successful audit process.
  • Supervise and train the accounting team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Participate in financial planning and strategic decisionmaking for the company.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience of at least 2 years in accounting roles.
  • Deep knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and experience with Quickbooks systems.
