Description

Responsibilities:

Clear tables efficiently and reset them promptly, ensuring a clean and organized dining area for incoming guests.
Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Refill water glasses and attend to guests' needs promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room, including floors, surfaces, and restrooms, in adherence to health and safety standards.
Assist with polishing silverware, glassware, and other dining utensils to ensure presentation standards are met.
Collaborate with the frontofhouse team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Support other staff members as needed to ensure a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Busser or in a similar support role in a restaurant environment is preferred, though not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move items as needed.
