Richmond & Associates Landscaping is a reputable landscaping company specializing in the construction and maintenance of outdoor spaces for multi-family properties as well as commercial and residential customers.

Our services include landscape design, installation, irrigation, horticulture, erosion control, and arborist/tree care. We take pride in delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with our clients.


As a Landscape Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by selling and managing construction projects for multi-family properties, particularly amenity centers.

You will be responsible for estimating project costs, overseeing construction jobs, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

This position requires a deep understanding of landscaping and irrigation practices, horticulture knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of Sales experience:

  • Irrigation License: Possess a valid irrigation license and demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing efficient irrigation systems
    (Highly desirable):
  • Arborist or

Tree Experience:
Familiarity with arborist/tree care practices, including tree selection, pruning, and disease management.

  • Erosion Control: Understanding of erosion control methods and techniques, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer software for proposal development and takeoff for construction jobs.

Familiarity with Aspire software
(Highly desirable):


  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation to travel to various project sites.

Responsibilities

  • Field Estimation: Conduct onsite assessments to estimate project costs accurately and provide clients with detailed proposals.
  • Construction Management: Oversee the execution of landscaping construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, budgets, and timelines.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on project progress.
  • Business Development: Expand and strengthen relationships with existing clients, identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling, and generate new business leads.
  • Proposal Development: Utilize computer skills to prepare comprehensive and professional proposals, showcasing our services and competitive advantages.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Provide regular reports to management regarding project status.
  • Erosion Control: Implement erosion control measures in compliance with environmental regulations, ensuring sustainable and responsible construction practices.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to landscaping and construction management.

$65, $90,000.00 per year
