Job DescriptionJob Summary
The Enterprise Program Manager is responsible for the comprehensive delivery of change throughout the organization needed to comply with the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) requirements. This includes changes across apprenticeship, payroll, human resources, training, and labor policies; operational business practices including subcontractor selection and reporting, hiring, scheduling, and training requirements; and software and technology platforms needed to collect data and report on compliance with the requirements.
This role reports directly to company leadership and is responsible for influencing senior leaders across the company to identify and manage risks and drive the change needed in a comprehensive way.
Essential Functions
Essential Functions are the basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation.These functions require a significant amount of time (at least 10%) in the performance of the job.
Identifies and schedules program deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks.
Develops and maintains detailed program and project plans, timelines, and budgets and communicates progress to stakeholders regularly.
Defines project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Identifies and manages project risks, issues, and dependencies and implements mitigation strategies as needed, including appropriate escalations and influence up to the executive level.
Allocates and manages project resources, including team members, vendors, and third-party contractors.
Monitors and reports on project progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Establishes and maintains effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including senior management, business units, and external partners.
Implements project governance and change control processes to maintain project integrity and alignment with business needs.
Works with project managers and leads throughout various departments to oversee change in their respective areas.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree businessBusiness, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience Required
