    **Job Description**

    World View is expanding its Space Capsule Development program team and is looking for a customer experience program manager to support the design and implementation of World Views customer experience for the emerging space tourism market. This person will work closely with the technical team and alongside the sales and marketing team to ensure customer experience elements are factored into the product development design and execution plans. We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, creativity and commitment to a positive customer experience for this exciting and important mission.

    **Role Responsibilities**

    Assist Space Tourism Development program management with special projects that will enable World View to provide a memorable world class experience for its customers by ensuring CX requirements are followed into design concepts

    Design, execute and architect operations concept for customer experience in-flight to include any necessary in-flight app development or other unique customer applications to ensure a meaningful experience

    Manage curation of a multi-path semi-flexible customer experience from pre-arrival through post-departure, ensure seamless transitions, outstanding service, and an unforgettable experience in line with the World View brand

    Drive development of an operation that orchestrates the building blocks of excursion offerings, meals, capsule and crew orientation, flight preparation, boarding, flight experience, rest, and reflection that form together to create the trip of a lifetime

    Consistently seek ways to improve the customer experience by designing and implementing efficiency improvement initiatives, policies, and procedures.

    Collaborate across departments on special projects in operations, sales, marketing, etc. as needed.

    Support purchasing, budget management as it relates to the program

    **Qualifications**

    Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or technical discipline

    5+ years experience development and managing projects of increasing technical complexity

    Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, phone, text, and social media

    Proficiency in composing concise, accurate and appropriately targeted responses.

    Excellent organization and planning across multiple disciplines and skill levels.

    High degree of emotional intelligence.

    Confidentiality.

    Be reliable and punctual.

    Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

    Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.

    Ability to travel 25 -50%.

    **Bonus Points**

    Experience in the space or aerospace industry.

    Demonstrated experience in a startup environment
