    The Colorado Community College System (CCCS) is hiring a Behavioral Health Pathways Program Manager to join our Workforce Development team at the System Office. We offer generous time off accruals, , and flexible work environments, including remote work within the state of Colorado.     In this role, you will provide project leadership within the Academic Affairs and Workforce Development teams to implement Behavioral Health Pathways work as outlined in This includes successfully developing and mapping out processes in collaboration with a broad group of partners and providing communications on programs and pathways within behavioral health. This role involves managing a large-scale project and staying in constant conversation with our partners at the colleges as well as contractors and other industry stakeholders across the state.

    Note: This is a term-limited position funded through 12/31/2026.

    As a part of SB22-181, there is a $15 million-dollar allocation via the Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) to CCCS to support the legislative requirements and the BHA's strategic plan for workforce development in behavioral health occupations. The broad intention of this funding is to support college and System capacity-building through investments in personnel and program development.

    Duties Include:
    • Drive the evaluation of legislative and funding investments and develop project implementation plans including defining the scope, stakeholders, timeline, and deliverables.
    • Collaborate with state agencies, CCCS colleges, and participating Institutions of Higher Education as a project leader in designing processes and implementing the directives of Behavioral Health Pathways legislative and funding investments.
    • Collaborate with CCCS colleagues in designing and implementing an aligned and complete pathway for Behavioral Health programs within CCCS.
    • Serve as project leader for external project consultants, including managing workflow, evaluating deliverables, and approving expenses.
    • Manage the $15 Million budget and related procurements, invoicing, reimbursements, and fiscal requirements.
    Minimum Qualifications, Substitutions, Conditions of Employment & Appeal Rights
    • Two years' direct experience in program/project management and/or grant administration.
    • Bachelor's degree. A combination of experience and/or education in addition to the experience listed above may substitute year-for-year for the degree.

    • Knowledge of higher education and workforce development, career pathways, or work-based learning/training concepts is valued.
    Work Location/Travel Expectations:
    • This position is located at CCCS Administration Building, 9101 E. Lowry Blvd, Denver, CO
    • Travel amount is minimal, typically two or three conferences/trainings in or outside of Colorado may be required.
    • Alternative Work Arrangements, including flexible schedules and remote work, may be available. All work must be completed in the state of Colorado.
