- As the PM you will provide both program-level support and leadership to the entire organization.
- Create and present program artifacts to both the CACI leadership team and government customers. Program artifacts include numerous types of schedules, projections, progress, and financial reports
- Be directly involved with user engagement and training for users and stakeholders
- Tackle personnel management tasks as-well-as less tangible leadership duties
- Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a polygraph in a timely manner
- Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience working in government IT development programs
- Five years experience as manager leading small to mid sized teams
- Demonstrated success in delivering functional code to the Government's satisfaction using agile design and development techniques
- Knowledge of the SAFe methodology
- A track record of delivering functional software via agile development methods
- Active TS/SCI poly or higher
- SAFe Agilist or SAFe Government Practitioner certification preferred.
