I direct technical and creative services operations—including cross-platform networking, business process automation, scripting, and permissions—to maximize productivity and provide clear value to customers. I also develop and execute our technology strategy. 

-Leveraged technology to dramatically grow productivity and quality across the organization. 

PROCESS AUTOMATION

Spearheaded business process automation—including scripting, presets, and OTS solutions. 

-Cut time for multiple tasks significantly. 

-Improved quality by removing potential user error. 

-Created a range of highly usable user interfaces. 

-Selected OTS solution for rapid graphic automation. 

-Slashed time required dramatically. 

-Enabled process to run seamlessly after hours—eliminating resource load during peak computing hours. 

NEW TECHNOLOGY ADOPTION

Based on my reputation for embracing new technology- I served as an impacted user and evaluated a new Media Asset Management system (MAM). I promoted the solution and trained/transitioned users. I partnered with the President and CTO of the infrastructure vendor to troubleshoot functional issues and created UI/UX ticket requests to improve MAM user experience. 

-Delivered critical contributions to grow solution adoption and increase functionality. 

NETWORKING

I created and implemented an innovative strategy to network multiple machines—across all departments—to significantly improve rendering time. 

-Delivered massive increase in project completion speed. 

TRAINING

I worked with users to communicate value of new technologies/processes. 

-Trained users on technological capabilities to streamline processes and grow productivity.
