    Description
    Lessen is one of the fastest growing companies in the real estate services industry.

    Our proprietary technology platform provides clients with portfolio dashboards, the ability to review and approve project estimates, check in on project progress in real time and pay vendors all in one place But we aren't just a tech company.

    We are also a property service delivery company offering renovations, turns and maintenance to residential and commercial clients. Lessen recently acquired SMS Assist, an industry-leading facilities maintenance technology and delivery company.

    The new combined national footprint will serve more than 250,000 properties, facilitate approximately 2.5 million repair and maintenance orders, and complete nearly 20,000 renovation and turn projects per year.

    Lessen has quickly evolved from exciting startup to valued partner, delivering scalable and turnkey property services to our clients.

    The Account Manager oversees existing and newly onboarded account relationships for the company driving sales activities and the acquisition of additional business from key clients.

    These will be targeted accounts as identified by the Sales VP in which the Account Manager will own the overall relationship, provide key market insights, and interact with all layers of contacts within the organization.


    What You'll Do:
    Lead the post-sale engagement, enablement, and growth of clientsDevelop a deep understanding of the clients' business and technical objectives.

    Partner with assigned clients to build a strategic joint success plan with identified objectives, milestones, and measurable KPIs to achieve desired outcomesAdvocate for clients to internal stakeholders.

    Share client feedback and insights with Product Management, Engineering, Field Delivery, Business Operations, and Accounting on the innovation and improvement needed to optimize client success and client experienceProgram and manage account escalations to resolution and perform root cause analysisEstablish regular touchpoints with clients to review progress against strategic objectives as well as escalationsMeasure and monitor clients' achievement of critical and key performance indicators, reporting both internally to Lessen account stakeholders and externally to Client Sponsors and ExecutivesMaintain knowledge of market trends and competitive insights and act as an Lessen advocate with clients, partners, and associated networksYou Should Have:
    Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field and/or years of experience equivalent3-5 years of experience in a related function is required with direct client advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales or professional services functionsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsCollaborate and function effectively within a team environmentSuperb attention to detail and organizational abilityAbility to understand and utilize technologyProgram and manage account escalations to resolution and perform root cause analysisEstablish regular touchpoints with clients to review progress against strategic objections as well as escalationsMeasure and monitor clients' achievement of critical and key performance indicators, reporting both internally to Lessen account stakeholders and externally to Client Sponsors and ExecutivesMaintain knowledge of market trends and competitive insights and act as an Lessen evangelist with clients, partners, and ecosystem communitiesPrior experience working in construction, real estate, development, or property services preferredProven track record of planning for a portfolio of engagements, on-time deliveries, cross-group collaboration, and critical thinking is requiredWhy Lessen:
