The Account Manager - Territory (OEM) is responsible for developing and cultivating productive long-term relationships with customer's key decision-makers to achieve orders and revenue projections.
The Account Manager should work to identify new opportunities to build profitable market share and competitive advantage, creating new value for new and existing customers who operate in the Mobile and Industrial Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) markets.
This position is part of the Pall Energy+ Commercial Team and will be a remote position. At Pall, we envision a future where our innovation connects, empowers, and emboldens humanity to be its best.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Identify new opportunities to build profitable market share and competitive advantage, creating new value for new and existing customers who operate in the OEM Mobile and Industrial markets
- Maintain a strong, regular customer presence with travel to customer sites and Pall manufacturing locations to drive improved customer engagement. Travel is 3050 %.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor's degree with preference for Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Chemical or other biological sciences.
- Experience in providing products and services to OEM Mobile and Industrial Customers
OR experience as a hydraulic/project/manufacturing engineer at a Mobile/Industrial OEM looking to start a career in technical sales. - Knowledge of mobile OEM manufacturing space to include mobile construction equipment ( or similar ) including hydraulics, cylinders, hoses etc. Ability to work remotely and travel as required.
Other desired experience:
- Outstanding presentation, negotiation, troubleshooting, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Experience executing at each stage of the sales process and adept at guiding others in developing selling skills.
- Understanding of customers' key business drivers. LI-SB2

The salary range for this role is
$_95,000- $115,000._
This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
