Description

State Farm Agency seeks an insurance office rep - agent team member professional to join their team for a full-time role.

Insurance experience is preferred, but we'll train the right person with the right skill set. You must possess required Insurance Licenses or be able to obtain asap.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Establish insurance customer relationships and follow up with insurance customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, insurance coverages, insurance policy changes, transfers, insurance claim submissions, and insurance billing clarification.
Use a customerfocused, needsbased review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Continuous network to develop prospective insurance customers
