JOB TITLE:
Account Manager


REPORTS TO:
Manager, Account Services


JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for overseeing and servicing a portfolio of assigned customers comprised of healthcare systems and hospitals.


COMPANY BACKGROUND:
Intelligent Observation provides an electronic hand hygiene monitoring solution for hospitals and other healthcare providers.

The IntelObserve solution is designed to increase hand hygiene compliance in a healthcare setting with a goal of reducing healthcare acquired infections (HAI's) and increasing patient safety.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters for a defined base
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships through daily/weekly proactive communication
  • Interact with hospital leadership including clinical, quality, safety and infection prevention teams as well as executive leadership
  • Conduct initial and ongoing staff training for the IntelObserve solution
  • Ensure the successful delivery and ongoing maintenance of the IntelObserve solution
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinate with internal Intelligent Observation team members to ensure complete customer satisfaction and being the "voice of our customers" within the organization

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Flexibility to travel combination of remote work, driving to customers and flying to customers

Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year
