- Lead Generation: Utilize a variety of strategies including social media, networking events, and outbound outreach to identify potential clients within the tech startup ecosystem.
- Prospect Qualification: Evaluate potential clients based on their needs, budget, and readiness to engage, ensuring a fit with BearPeak's offerings.
- Outreach and Communication: Conduct cold calls, send personalized emails, and leverage social media to connect with prospects, effectively communicating BearPeak's value proposition.
- CRM Management: Use CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on targets, refine messaging, and share market insights.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest tech trends, startup needs, and competitive landscape to adapt and refine your sales approach.
- 2+ years of professional experience working as an SDR.
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in a client facing role.
- A passion for connecting to people with a positive mindset and can-do attitude.
- A bias for extreme ownership, and a forensic attention to detail.
- A deep commitment to the full range of the sales disciplines.
- English Skills - Must be able to effectively communicate via written and spoken English.
- Experience with ZoomInfo - SalesOS & Engage.
- Experience with Hubspot.
- Experience setting-up outbound sales campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
