    Job Title:
    Facilities Support

    Duration: 6 months contract + possible extension

    Location:
    Jersey City, NJ 07302


    Description:

    • The assignment would be about (6) months and the position will be in our New Jersey Office, with flexibility to work in the New York Office as needed.
    • The schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM and the candidates should expect to work (5) days primarily in the New Jersey Office.

    The candidate will support Facilities with the day-to-day functions, which include:

    • Floor inspections,
    • Processing invoices,
    • Scheduling messenger services
    • Administering mail,
    • Assisting with employee moves
    • And any additional ad hoc facility related issues that may arise.
    • The temp should possess good verbal and written communication skills.
