The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with the internal teams & PMO to ensure proper support is provided, working closely with facility mangers to assist in supervising and inspecting all repair and maintenance programs/vendors, responding to and addressing facility related issues/repairs.
- Coordinates with internal Facilities Team & Building Property Management Office for various fire alarm system shutdowns
- Work closely with our finance department to maintain operating financial support and reporting; to include the submission and oversight of all purchase orders for facility related vendors.
- Partner with our facilities help desk and facility managers to ensure work orders are being reported, tracked, and addressed in an effective and timely manner.
- Proactively identify and implement efficiency strategies across the operation.
- Conduct floor walks, enter work orders, and assists in managing repairs to ensure space is maintained to a bestinclass environment.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Degree in Facilities Management, Communications, Construction, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and present ideas to clients.
- Willingness to work overtime, and on weekends with short notice.
- Must be willing to work in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and New York, New York.
- Must be willing to work the 11pm 7am shift; shift can vary (7am 3pm or 3pm 11pm)
- Desired minimum 1 year facility management experience.
- Desired minimum 1 year project management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage corporate office space and problem solve.
- Construction project management experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization and management and ability to build external networks.
- Selfstarter; demonstrates initiative.
- Ability to analyze and present results in Excel and/or PowerPoint as needed.

Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

Salary range:
$50,000 - $70,000
