The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with the internal teams & PMO to ensure proper support is provided, working closely with facility mangers to assist in supervising and inspecting all repair and maintenance programs/vendors, responding to and addressing facility related issues/repairs.

Additionally, the role will be responsible for special projects as assigned.

Coordinates with internal Facilities Team & Building Property Management Office for various fire alarm system shutdowns
Work closely with our finance department to maintain operating financial support and reporting; to include the submission and oversight of all purchase orders for facility related vendors.
Partner with our facilities help desk and facility managers to ensure work orders are being reported, tracked, and addressed in an effective and timely manner.
Proactively identify and implement efficiency strategies across the operation.
Conduct floor walks, enter work orders, and assists in managing repairs to ensure space is maintained to a bestinclass environment.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications

Degree in Facilities Management, Communications, Construction, or related field.
Demonstrated ability to prepare and present ideas to clients.
Willingness to work overtime, and on weekends with short notice.
Must be willing to work in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and New York, New York.
Must be willing to work the 11pm 7am shift; shift can vary (7am 3pm or 3pm 11pm)

Desired Characteristics

Desired minimum 1 year facility management experience.
Desired minimum 1 year project management experience.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage corporate office space and problem solve.
Construction project management experience is a plus.
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization and management and ability to build external networks.
Selfstarter; demonstrates initiative.
Ability to analyze and present results in Excel and/or PowerPoint as needed.

Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

Salary range:
$50,000 - $70,000
