Office Services Coordinator


WinCorp Solutions is seeking an
Office Services Coordinator to serve as a consultant for our client, a global financial services company located in New York.

This is a full-time, on site consulting opportunity. We provide desirable enterprise client engagements, and strive for excellent consultant care. Our philosophy is it is not just about the clients, but also respect for our greatest asset, our people.


Qualifications:


  • Intermediate computer skills preferred Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Demonstrate strong decision making and problemsolving skills in a collaborative manner.
  • Strong in written & verbal communication, organization, and project management.

Responsibilities:


  • Daily operational support for the site, which may include reception coverage, visitor services, office moves, and timely responsiveness to customer requests.
  • Administrative support for the office, including supply ordering and mailroom management/organization.
  • Some vendor oversight & facilities management.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
