Office Services Coordinator
WinCorp Solutions is seeking an
Office Services Coordinator to serve as a consultant for our client, a global financial services company located in New York.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate computer skills preferred Microsoft Office Suites.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Demonstrate strong decision making and problemsolving skills in a collaborative manner.
- Strong in written & verbal communication, organization, and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Daily operational support for the site, which may include reception coverage, visitor services, office moves, and timely responsiveness to customer requests.
- Administrative support for the office, including supply ordering and mailroom management/organization.
- Some vendor oversight & facilities management.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients.
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract
Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
