    MDW is currently seeking an Administrative Support Analyst to support the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering in Arlington, VA. The analyst will provide full-time support to the Director of the Technology Industrial Innovation Base (TIIB) as a support contractor for ManTech Program Support Services (MPSS). The successful candidate will be capable of providing senior-level clerical and administrative support for ManTech leadership and action officers.

    The Contractor support to the OSD ManTech Front Office will include managing scheduling, coordinating team activities, and tracking actions to meet OSD ManTech mission needs.

    The Administrative Support Analyst will perform the following job functions:

    • Manage the calendars of the Director, OSD ManTech and coordinate daily activities to resolve conflicting priorities and requirements and ensure support for attendance at high-profile meetings.
    • Coordinate schedules with the travel coordinator and process Official Government Travel for the Director, ManTech, within the Defense Travel System (DTS) according to Government Travel Regulations.
    • Ensure the accountability of files and correspondence in the office, both in electronic and in paper form. The files should be readily accessible whenever the need arises to find historical documents.
    • Coordinate documentation routing for organizational review and approval.
    • Monitor the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) database to ensure all tasks assigned to OSD ManTech are reviewed, routed, and submitted on time.
    • Facilitate research, completion, and management review of items assigned to OSD ManTech for action.
    • Ensure timely review of actions and production of associated materials by OSD ManTech team members.

    Required Experience:

    • Must have proficient written and oral communication skills and the ability to coordinate with large groups of people at multiple levels across the organization.
    • Experience working with senior officials and familiarity with DoD organization(s) and structure, specifically OSD.
    • Experience managing, tracking, updating tasks using sophisticated agency-level action tracking systems.
    • CATMS or comparable Service system experience is preferred.

    Education Requirement/Required Years of Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required with 5 years of experience.

    Clearance Requirement(s):

    • Candidates for this position must have an Active US Security Clearance (Secret)
