Help Desk Support Service Specialist


Resource to provide Helpdesk Engineering support for the installation and maintenance of Microsoft Tools developed on the Microsoft Dynamics Platform.


  • Identify areas of improvement for Help Desk operations for all tenants/team members
  • Serve as a Tier 1 and 2 Agent
  • Escalate Help Desk concerns to Senior MS Engineers
  • Regularly publish and update articles to the project team's and Knowledge management.
  • Train end users on the use of the system, training development and delivery
  • Serve as Help Desk SME; Exposed to various deliverables, processes, and expectations for effective client deliveries.
- _Basic Qualifications_

  • Secret Clearance required
  • Must be U.S. Citizen
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • 12 Years Support of a Software Application, preferably Microsoftbased
  • 12 Years of Help Desk and Troubleshooting and Application Support

Pay:
$55, $85,000.00 per year

Education:


  • High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Help desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Windows: 1 year (preferred)

  • Arlington, VA: Relocate before starting work (required)
