POSITION OVERVIEW:

Work performance for this effort will take place on-site in Arlington, VA and Ft. Knox, KY.

The nature of this work is to provide performance improvement recommendations, professional, administrative, and technical services in support of ARNG initiatives and assigned missions.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tasks include but are not limited to:
Conduct quality control (QC) checks on contracts and processing records.
Conduct document analysis and share Discrepancies.
Use resident computer systems of record to perform contract support.
Conduct daily, monthly, and annual audits and checks on system data.
Research and troubleshoot system problems.
Provide training on QC processes, best practices, most frequent errors, and database utilization to all staff needing training support.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred:

Associates Degree in a business related field
Experience as a Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) Guidance Counselor (GC)
1 year experience using REQUEST, iPERMS, Strength Maintenance Tool (SMT) portal, Recruiter Zone, BiZone, and Electronic Records Management (ERM) System within the Guidance Counselor Resource Center (RZC)

Required:

Prior Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) Guidance Counselor (GC) experience
6 years military experience on active duty, Guard or Reserve
23 years experience using REQUEST, iPERMS, (SMT) portal, Recruiter Zone, BiZone, and the (ERM) System within (RZC)
High School graduate
Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one
Read, write, and speak English fluently

Position contingent on contract award.

Pay:
$55, $75,000.00 per year
