POSITION OVERVIEW:

Work performance for this effort will take place on-site in Arlington, VA and Ft. Knox, KY.

The nature of this work is to provide performance improvement recommendations, professional, administrative, and technical services in support of ARNG initiatives and assigned missions.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tasks include but are not limited to:
Provide administrative support for contract personnel and government counterparts.
Monitor and update contract websites with information pertinent to the contract and assist preparing the division's newsletter.
Gather and consolidate information, concerning inquiries from outside entities.
Assist with the preparation of briefings, training events, leadership updates, and State visits.
Prepare AAR (After Action Reports) after State visits and trip reports.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED equivalent (required)
Associate degree in a business related field (preferred)
6 years military experience on active, Guard, or Reserve (required)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (required)
Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one (required)
Read, write, and speak English fluently

Position contingent on contract award.

Pay:
$55, $75,000.00 per year
