POSITION OVERVIEW:

Work performance for this effort will take place on-site in Arlington, VA and Ft. Knox, KY.

The nature of this work is to provide performance improvement recommendations, professional, administrative, and technical services in support of ARNG initiatives and assigned missions.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tasks include but are not limited to:

Create and provide vide analytical data reports to government counterparts.
Use resident computer databases to perform analysis and contract support REQUEST Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Update specialized computer systems with current information.
Provide oneonone informal instruction for Government personnel on specialized computer programs.
Evaluate and assist State representatives with all phases of opening recruiting offices.
Answer all questions and issues including "need" Analysis, location selection, justification, validation, lease negotiation questions, furnishing and decoration of new recruiting offices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred:

Associate's Degree in a business related field
Experience using DPRO, AUVS, ATTRS Funding Allocation Model (AFAM), G1 Gateway, Guard Knowledge Online (GKO), SMMS, IPPPS-A, AIE, and milsuite

Required:

6 years military experience on active, Guard, or Reserve

High School Diploma (required)
Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs
23 years experience using DPRO, AUVS, ATTRS Funding Allocation Model (AFAM), G1 Gateway, Guard Knowledge Online (GKO), SMMS, IPPPS-A, AIE, and milsuite
Read, write, and speak English fluently

Position contingent on contract award.

Pay:
$55, $75,000.00 per year
