- Troubleshoot escalated requests from level one support technicians.
- Install, configure, test, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations, mobile devices, and related hardware/software.
- Collaborate with IT functions to troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues.
- Perform operational tasks within back-end systems and critical applications.
- Handle onboarding/offboarding and maintain IT equipment inventory.
- Document incidents and known issues following ITIL practices.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve complex issues.
- Identify and remediate threats to the desktop environment.
- Contribute to special projects and departmental success.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications, iOS, Android, MAC OS, and ITIL concepts.
- Knowledge of wired/wireless networking and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, team player, and physical capability for moving equipment.
