    Desktop Support Technician at Audacy, Inc.

    The role of a desktop support technician is crucial in providing 2nd level support to all company users across multiple sites and ensuring seamless operational support to Audacy's business applications and back-end systems. The technician is responsible for maintaining and supporting various computer systems, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals to optimize performance and facilitate business tasks.

    • Troubleshoot escalated requests from level one support technicians.
    • Install, configure, test, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations, mobile devices, and related hardware/software.
    • Collaborate with IT functions to troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues.
    • Perform operational tasks within back-end systems and critical applications.
    • Handle onboarding/offboarding and maintain IT equipment inventory.
    • Document incidents and known issues following ITIL practices.
    • Coordinate with vendors to resolve complex issues.
    • Identify and remediate threats to the desktop environment.
    • Contribute to special projects and departmental success.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications, iOS, Android, MAC OS, and ITIL concepts.
    • Knowledge of wired/wireless networking and strong customer service skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments and collaborate effectively.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Self-motivated, team player, and physical capability for moving equipment.
