    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

    Ensure that all PSI safety procedures, rules and regulations are followed and met;Offer hardware, software and application support across all platforms, including PCs, Macs, iOS/Android devices, and Cisco VOIP phones;Respond to help desk calls from internal and field employees, providing problem resolution through phone, email, remote access and in-person;Prepare and deploy hardware, desktops, laptops, and mobile platforms;Maintain all printers, including deployment, troubleshooting, and supply management;Manage and coordinate support for Mobile Devices and Service Plans;Provide basic network hardware installation and configuration assistance;Provide basic Active Directory management and server application support;Participate in on-call afterhours support rotation on a scheduled basis;Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

    EUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED equivalentPreferred College Major:

    • Previous related work experience/final Co opPrior experience with server hardware, software and applications2 3 years' experience in desktop support preferredWORK ENVIRONMENTEnvironmental exposures are similar to those found in most heavy industrial settings and may include noise, heat, cold, vibration, dust, fumes and smoke.
