Description
Piper Companies is searching for a Director of Enterprise Sales to lead a fast-growing startup in Raleigh, NC.The Director of Enterprise Sales will create and execute the enterprise sales strategy focused on expanding market share and driving revenue growth across their territory.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute enterprise sales strategy
Train, mentor, and develop high performing sales teams
Cultivate strong client relationships and strategically align our solutions to meet their unique business needs/challenges
Drive revenue growth across assigned market segment
Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality customer experience
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert providing market analysis, identifying product trends, understanding customer needs and how to properly position our solutions
Requirements:
5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience
Experience building and scaling sales teams in a SaaS environment
Start-up experience would be a plus
