I have recently relocated to the Raleigh, NC area (Cary) and have worked as a real estate broker for Baird & Warner, in the Chicago suburbs for the past 13 years.  I am fully licensed in NC and am seeking work with a reputable home builder in the Raleigh area.  I am hard working, disciplined, energetic & detail oriented, always putting client's needs first.  Work well within a team setting, respecting each department's processes to achieve happy customers at closing/settlement.  Am accustomed to working weekends, 40+ hours per week.

I am also open to transferring my sales skills to new industries, particularly if they have anything to do with the home, it's maintenance or beautification. 

I am skilled at recognizing buyer signs, personality types of buyers and observing the different decision making processes of individuals and couples.  Knowing how to ask the right questions, listening intently to customers needs and wants and guiding them to the desired outcome is a passion of mine.

I began my career in the advertising industry, working as Promotion Director at two sister radio stations (Indianapolis, WXTX/WIRE), then sold for prominent cable television stations with Comcast Cablevision, serving the metro Indianapolis area, during the years of 1985-1995.  These skills entailed working with prominent businesses and directing their budgets toward specific demographic audiences for maximum impact and maintaining their image in the Indianapolis market.  (I then chose to raise my family, working as an elementary school substitute teacher, while my children were in school during the day.)  I later embarked on another passion of mine, which is real estate and have helped many home buyers, sellers and investors achieve their goals for the past 13 years.  I have achieved many years of annual sales awards for top performance & recognition.   

Attended Indiana University for 3 ½ years, majoring in English, Telecommunications and Political Science. 

Hold Illinois Real Estate License, North Carolina Real Estate License & NAR Membership, along with multiple negotiator certifications.
