    Description
    This position allows for 3 days per week remote / work from home after training. Salary: $60, ,000/yearResponsibilities include:
    • Being the first point of contact for all incoming prospective client leads and creating a stellar first impression for every call, and every client.
    • Identifying and recording the source of qualified leads to support marketing tracking efforts.
    • Managing incoming phone calls and inquiries from prospective clients requesting a consultation with our attorneys.
    • Scheduling consultation appointments, including performing conflict checks and intake.
    • Entering prospective client information into our client management database system, and creating and organizing online files.
    • Mediation scheduling and intake.
    Qualifications
    • Strong administrative skills
    • Ability to work independently and with a team.
    • Able to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
    • Keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent computer literacy and ability to learn new tasks quickly.
    • Desire to take initiative and provide a superb client experience, possess an admirable work ethic.
