Legal Intake Specialist for immediate hire.
Bilingual in English/Spanish, verbal and written, is required.
The
Legal Intake Specialist is the first point of contact at the firm for potential clients.

Hours: 40 Hours; Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Role is 100% in-office

Rate of pay:
$19 - $23 per hour

Requirements and Responsibilities:

Answer all incoming calls from potential clients while providing excellent customer service.
Conduct interviews with potential new clients with empathy and compassion.
Screen and evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls to identify prospective cases.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation of required information, while ensuring confidentiality.

Must have excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills, including typing proficiency and computer literacy.

Additional duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a Legal Intake Specialist, Customer Service or similar role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and legal case management software.
