Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Speaking with potential clients gathering case information for representation
- Track potential cases to schedule followup calls to secure representation
- Schedule appointments to complete the signup process with the firm
- Update multiple databases daily, uploading important documents to open new cases
- Maintain professional presentation inperson and via phone
- Build strong rapport with potential clients
Qualifications:
- Sales skills are of paramount importance with the ability to close
- Strong background with performancebased metrics
- 23 years of customer service and/or sales experience
- Ability to type 50 wpm while speaking with clients
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- MUST be bilingual in English/Spanish
Pay:
From $23.00 per hour
