Description

• Screen intake calls and gather pertinent information to assess potential client's legal needs.
• Facilitate the sending and collection of signup documents to potential clients and follow up accordingly.
• Obtain evidence from clients during initial calls, including photos of injuries and relevant documents.
• Follow up with pending inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
• Update logs and reporting systems to reflect the status of all potential new clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury intake.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of legal terminology and personal injury processes.
