Responsibilities

  • Screen and assess client eligibility.
  • Assist clients with necessary information for program enrollment.
  • Complete intake process, data entry, and client information management.
  • Conduct program orientation for clients.
  • Update program database and documentation.
  • Ensure quality documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with team members and partners.
  • Provide support to management and staff.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in social services or related field preferred.
  • 1 year experience in social services or related field required.
  • Experience with homeless and/or veterans preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Pay

$21.78 - $24.70 per hour
