- Welcoming patients to the dental office
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Keep updates records and files
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper ect.)
- This position is based in Alameda, but you would need to be able to help at our Oakland or Berkeley offices if needed as backups.
- 1-2 year of proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g fax, printer ect.)
- Strong communication and people skills

Position Pay Range$20—$27 USDSpecialty1 Partners is the direct employer of non-clinical employees only.
