    Immediate Hire for Full Time Customer Sales Representative - This position is Entry Level and will be In-Person.

    IBC, Inc offers a world class, proven sales development training program for candidates looking to start a career in Entry Level Sales industry. All positions start Entry Level as a Customer Sales Representative, establishing and managing brand recognition for our top clients.

    Responsibilities for Full Time Customer Sales Representative:

    • Present, promote, and sell products/services using proven sales techniques to existing and prospective customers
    • Perform cost-benefit analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
    • Provide solutions for every customer in order to boost customer service, retention, and customer acquisition
    • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Track sales and status reports
    • This position involves one to one sales-based interaction with customers in our Big Box Retail partnership locations

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Friendly and positive attitude
    • Great customer service experience along with ability to build customer rapport and relationships
    • Highly motivated and results-driven with a proven track record in hitting goals
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
    • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in customer service, sales, promotional marketing, restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
