Our team is searching for a Ag Sales Representative to represent BASF in our Arizona and Southern California Agricultural Solutions business. Innovation drives our business and we focus directly on bringing new solutions to the agricultural community. As a Ag Sales Representative, you will provide BASF representation with a range of duties to our channel partners, independent retailers, and key grower customers.

**Pay Transparency**
BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $108,800 - $149,600. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
