    Description

    Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Inside/Outside Cabinet Sales Representative to join our seasoned sales team. This role requires a deep understanding of the cabinet industry and a proven track record of successful sales, both in-person and remotely. The ideal candidate will excel at building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

    Responsibilities:

    Utilize your expertise in cabinet sales to drive revenue growth through both inside and outside sales activities.

    Cultivate and nurture relationships with contractors, interior designers, and other industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.

    Conduct on-site visits and consultations with clients to assess their cabinet needs and provide expert recommendations.

    Collaborate with the design team to develop customized cabinet solutions that meet the unique requirements of each client.

    Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and quotes, clearly articulating the value proposition of our products and services.

    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

    Effectively manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing, utilizing CRM software to track and prioritize opportunities.

    Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients from initial contact to installation.

    Qualifications:

    Proven track record of success in cabinet sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

    In-depth knowledge of cabinet materials, construction methods, and design principles.

    Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a robust professional network in the construction and design industries.

    Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.

    Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets.

    High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.

    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
