    Description

    Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a background in agency operations to join our team. This role requires proficiency in handling various HR functions including payroll, benefits administration, managing new hire tickets, conducting onboarding processes, and providing support for immigration processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage payroll processes efficiently and accurately.
    • Administer employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries.
    • Process new hire tickets and facilitate onboarding procedures.
    • Provide support for immigration processes, if required.
    • Utilize Greenhouse or similar ATS for recruitment and candidate management.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes align with organizational goals.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
    • Contribute to HR initiatives and projects as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in an agency setting.
    • Proficiency in payroll processing and benefits administration.
    • Strong understanding of onboarding processes and best practices.
    • Familiarity with immigration processes is a plus.
    • Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
