Job Overview:
We are on the lookout for a motivated and seasoned Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting top talent for our warehouse facilities, supporting HR operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of various HR processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about HR, aiming to make a significant difference within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates, particularly for warehouse roles
- Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate seamless onboarding
- Manage HR programs including performance reviews, employee engagement activities, and succession planning
- Maintain precise employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Offer guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees
- Support in shaping and implementing HR policies and programs
- Provide general administrative assistance to senior management as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse recruiting, staffing, or HR
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Willingness to travel to different locations for recruiting purposes
- Master's degree in People Operations, Human Resources, or related field
- Experience in the chemical manufacturing sector

$25.00 per hour
