Tommy's is looking for a Marketing Generalist to assist in the coordination of B2B marketing for our Tommy Car Wash Systems equipment sales.

Position Responsibilities:

Work with Leadership and Sales teams to understand company goals and establish the marketing strategies to achieve them
Utilize customer and product data to assist and provide consultation in the building and execution of content strategy that spans all mediums print, digital, web, video, etc., working closely with the internal creative and digital marketing teams.
Evaluate, measure, and report the success of B2B, lead gen, tradeshow, and ecommerce marketing campaigns
Coordination of marketing materials, including tradeshow and product promotion collateral
Other duties as assigned; duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Previous B2B marketing coordination experience within an industrial environment
Proven success record of helping to build industry positioning
Technical savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office; experience within database systems a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Processoriented and strong collaborator with ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and across various departments
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Highly adaptable with strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills; ability to exercise good judgment and make sound databacked decisions
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and resultsorientation
Views customer care as high priority; exhibits a positive cando attitude
Displays a strong initiative and drive to identify gaps and fill them

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates in a professional office environment. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and operates primarily indoors with limited to no travel expectation.

To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, team member must be able to:

Ability to work and commute in all weather conditions
Able to move about inside the office to access standard office equipment, etc.
Remain in a stationary position 50% of the time, alternating between sitting and standing
Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as; keyboard, copy machine and printer
Ability to move and lift up to 30 pounds
Able to effectively communicate, listen, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information
Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers
